Mika’s interest in hospitality management started with her father’s involvement in the business long before she completed her degree at Lynn University in Boca Raton, FL. Throughout college she served as manager of the upscale restaurant in Boca Raton called Bistro Zenith, interned on a cruise ship, and later she moved on to the role of Sales Manager with Palm Breeze Yacht Charters before joining Hello Florida! in 2002. Mika is passionate about making her clients look good to their customers and clients, and she says, “I work hard to make their lives easier.” Her favorite quote gives great insight into how she stays so poised under pressure: “Always behave like a duck: Keep calm and unruffled on the surface, but paddle like the devil underneath!” Mika loves outdoor leisure activities, especially golfing, boating and exercising. She also enjoys spending time on the beach with friends and family.
