Jenn was born in Hong Kong and her family moved to Hawaii when she was 3 months old. She has a bachelor’s degree in Travel Industry Management from the University of Hawaii. She joined Hello Las Vegas! in 2011 with more than 12 years of destination management experience, including sales positions with Jimmy Buffett’s Margaritaville, Hard Rock Café and the MGM Grand Hotel and Casino. An active member and leader within the Las Vegas Hospitality Association, Jenn has an impressive track record of building strong relationships and creating lasting memories for her clients. Jenn’s sincerity and flexibility are apparent in her work, and her favorite quote (by Yoda) summarizes her philosophy: “Do or do not…there is no try.” In her spare time you’ll find Jenn hiking, watching OWN (Oprah Winfrey Network) or attending concerts by groups such as U2 and Coldplay.
